Refund policy

Our 30-day promise. If you're not happy with UPRITE for any reason, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund of the product price.

 

How to start a return: Email support@uprite.store with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Items should be returned in resellable condition where possible. If something arrived damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately - no return needed.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received (or your issue is confirmed), we'll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days and email you when it's done. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where an item was defective or we made an error.

 

Exchanges: Want a different color or size? Email us and we'll arrange the swap.

 

Damaged or wrong item: Email a photo to support@uprite.store within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund right away.
