Returns & the 30-day guarantee
We stand behind UPRITE with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason:
- Email support@uprite.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will send return instructions.
- Once received, we issue your refund to the original payment method.
Items should be returned in reusable condition. Return shipping for non-defective items is the customer's responsibility. Defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost.
